Arron Zhu
Founder
Managing Partner
Arron Zhu is a founder and managing partner of Jia Yue (S) LLP. He has more than 15 years of experience in areas concerning financial reporting, auditing and assurance, risk management, business advisory for both local and international businesses.
He was also a co-founder and general manager of a CPA firm in China. He had been involved in professional services concerning financial consulting and risk management for both profit and non-profit organizations and government institutions in China.
He is a Public Accountant (PA) in Singapore and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). He is also a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in UK.
Vincent Li
Co-Founder
Senior Partner
Vincent Li is a co-founder and senior partner of Jia Yue (S) LLP. He has more than 10 years of experience in areas concerning financial reporting, auditing and assurance, corporate secretarial services, business consultancy and tax advisory services for both Singapore and multinationals.
Vincent Li has been working as senior consultant and project manager in business consultancy, risk management and special audit projects engaged by both commercial organisation and government institutions in China.
He is a Public Accountant (PA) in Singapore and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). He is also a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in UK.
