Consolidation of Group Accounts

The Consolidated Financial Statements is the financial statements of a Group in which the assets, liabilities, equity, income, expenses and cash flows of the parent and its subsidiaries are presented as those of a single economic entity. An entity that is a parent shall present consolidated financial statements, unless it is qualified for all conditions of exemption for consolidation.
The following documents are required for consolidation purpose:
• The Group structure, including all Subsidiaries, Joint Venture and Associates
• The financial statements of each entity in the Group;
• All supporting documents of Investment in the Subsidiaries, Joint Ventures or Associates incurred in prior years (for first time consolidation) and during the year;
• A list of related party transaction during the year;
• Other documents required for consolidation purpose.
